A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, to
reserve your release date and time. Payment in full is due 14 days prior
to release date.
The health and safety of our birds is of the utmost importance to us.
We reserve the right to cancel, if for any reason we may deem it unsafe
for our birds. In the event of a cancellation due to acts of God, you
will receive a 100% refund, including any deposits. If these
conditions should occur at time of service (after all, this is
Florida!!), 25% will be retained.
The fees are
non-refundable if:
- You cancel the service without 30 day written notice.
- If your event is delayed past the safe release time specified
for our birds. Final determination will ultimately be made by the
handler.
